CuddleBug

Caitlyn, is such a sweetie. She is 10 months, soon to be 11 months, and full of spunk! She is definately a mover and shaker. She can already stand on her own for several seconds, and doesn't even hesitate to walk while holding our hand, so I know it is just a matter of time before she is walking on her own.

She is also a "cheeseball"! All you have to do to get her to laugh is start laughing, and she'll soon follow suit. I will do my best to get a great picture of her cheesy smile for the future. It's too adorable!

Sometimes Sadie will go in and talk to Caitlyn while she's in her crib, and sometimes Sadie will throw toys in there to keep Caitlyn happy. One night I walked in to check on Caitlyn, and this was how I found her--with her arms wrapped around Elmo. Mind you this is pitch black, but that is how nice this camera is, you wouldn't even know.
She is the cuddliest so far of my girls. She doesn't mind if you hold her close. She will even put her head on your shoulder. My other girls just wanted to get down and move around.

We Love Kidgets

I know this is really delayed, but I have been taking tons of pictures of things, and not posting them, so I really have to make up for lost time.

At our Mall, they have a club for kids called "kidgets". It's only $5/year/child, and they have all these GREAT activities and FREE stuff! So this was one of the activities prior to Easter. The Easter Bunny came, and the kids got free breakfast chicken biscuits from Chick-fil-a. They also got to fill their own easter baskets with grass. Anyways, it was lots of fun for the kids.

Oh, and if you could'nt tell, Sadie absolutely LOVES the Chick-fil-a cows and the easter bunny!

Class Play

Meghan had a class play. "The Three Billy Goats Gruff". She was the 2nd Billy Goat. She has really enjoyed 1st grade and her teacher.

Bring Out the Talent!

We had a ward talent show, and Meghan and Brian stepped up to the plate by playing a duet on the piano.

My girls really like to take advantage of the warm weather by jumping on the trampoline. I thought this was a great shot of Sadie flying in the air!

Back Again!

O.K. sorry it's taken me so long to update this blog, but we had camera issues. We finally got a new camera to replace our old one (which finally got to the point where if I wanted to take pictures I had to actually have it plugged into the wall--crazy--so much for being spuratic). Anyways, hopefully I will now be able to stay a little more updated.

Our first set of pictures takes us to the lovely world of boxes. Yes, you know how you give a gift to your child and they end up playing with the box. Well that's what we have here. Caitlyn has discovered how much fun a box can be.

In our next group of pictures, we have the great DUO. Sadie and Caitlyn are enjoying each others company and are having a great time playing with Caitlyn's new toy from Christmas.

We also see how achieved Caitlyn has gotten at standing up on her own (a little scary for a mother who already has a hard time of keeping track of this little go-getter).

She's pretty darn proud of herself!

More Mischief!!!

We have a new mischievious little girl. This one is probably going to give me even more trouble than Sadie ever has, since she's already causing trouble and she's only 8 months. In these pictures, Caitlyn has discovered a little bowl of cereal that Sadie has left lying out, and she's decided that she really likes Cap'n Crunch, oh and she likes Sadie for leaving her a little treat!

Hail, Hail the Gangs All Here!

We had an interesting "FREAK" hail storm. It was beautiful and in the low 70's, when out of the blue came some tremendous black clouds which dumped bouncy ball sized hail.
