Another Mischievious Day!

Well, it seems that the curiosity isn't about to end for this little girl. Just about everyday now it's something new. The picture as you can plainly see depicts this two year old in a midst of toilet paper. What you can't see is the toothpaste smeared all over the counter and floor.

Today she found a green crayon, and now it's all over my wall and t.v. (Dad will be really pleased with that).

Oh well, it makes the days a little more interesting. And it makes for great pictures.

Little Mischievious

Well Sadie has definately hit the wonderful stage of curiousity and troublemaking. I have never really had to deal with that as of yet. Meghan and Haley were pretty well behaved and didn't really get into things that they shouldn't, or maybe I just had more time to keep a watchful eye on them.

As I was feeding Caitlyn, Sadie quietly slipped off into my bathroom. When I finished feeding Caitlyn, I then proceeded to look everywhere for Sadie. I finally found her in my bathroom with her many apologies, "I sorry mama". The picture says it all. She got into my mascara, blush, toner, moisturizer and some other things.

It was kind of hard to be upset with her though, she just wanted to look pretty, and for her first attempt, I think she did a pretty good job.

Lending a Hand

I thought this was great. Haley had a VERY loose tooth, so Meghan (being the more experienced one in these matters) decided to help pull the tooth out. That in itself was amazing, because Meghan can hardely stand to pull her own out, let alone the fact that Haley was willing to allow her to help with this process.

Meghan suddenly went into MOTHER mode encouraging Haley and telling all about how wonderful it was after the wiggly tooth would come out. She even decided that this was more important than eating dinner (especially since Haley could not eat, because her tooth was bothering her).

The tooth did eventually come out thanks to dad who just gave it a quick tug, and Haley who didn't even bat an eyelash when he did it.

Tae Kwon Do Anyone?

Meghan and Haley have now been in Tae Kwon Do for a little over a year, and Meghan is now a Brown belt Senior, and Haley is a Blue belt Senior. They just recently had their testing to progress to these belts and did a great job.

We love watching them, and maybe sometime in the near future I'll be able to figure out how to put a video of them doing their forms on here. They both get to do sparring (mild fighting with full protection gear) and it's quite a show. They have both come a long way since they first started!

Here is a picture of them and their teacher. We always get a picture after they progress to the next belt, but I forgot my camera at the most recent award ceremony, so this picture is of a couple months ago.

And so it Begins

Well, here we go--week one. I never thought I would ever do a blog, but I guess we all have to fall victim to technology sometime.

My family and I live in Texas, however we've only been here for nearly 2 years. It's a beautiful place, and as far as the bugs go, the saying is right, "Everythings bigger in Texas"!

I have 4 wonderful little girls with my oldest being in 1st grade and my second being in kindergarten. So far, they are enjoying school very much, minus the getting up at 6:15 in the morning to catch the bus. They are definately excited about the Thanksgiving holiday, where they claim that they are going to sleep in (we'll see).

We hope that ya'll enjoy our new addition to help everyone keep up on what's going on with our family, especially since we don't get to see a lot of you on a frequent basis. I will do my best to keep it updated, however with 4 little ones, I find it hard to keep up with anything. :)
